Second Annual Tracey Miner Memorial Golf Tournament

Back to Community Involvement Page

The Tracey Miner Memorial Fund, established in 2003, was created in memory of Tracey Miner, a young, enthusiastic, vibrant and kind young man who tragically lost his life in a car accident on May 6, 2003.

The Fund's main goals are to help support youth activities in the New River area, where Tracey was from, and to help families that have found themselves in dire situations beyond their control. Tracey was very active in this community and his spirit lives on in the great deeds that the Fund is able to do in his name.

The Tracey Miner Memorial Fund has helped send several students to camps sponsored by the YMCA, Boy Scouts and baseball camps. It has also helped other families bury their lost-too-soon children. It has helped families cover medical expenses when members were diagnosed with life threatening illnesses and helped support families with school age children so they can continue to receive an education.

If you would like to contribute to the Tracey Miner Memorial Fund, or know of someone who may need their help, please contact Barb and Larry Miner at 623-465-9253.
