Provide a Certified Comprehensive Dust Control Coordinator

 

MCAQD Rule 310 ss 310.1  Any site > 1 acre is required to have a basic dust control coordinator onsite during all primary dust generating operations.

 

Provide MCAQD Required Daily Record Keeping

 

MCAQD Rule 310 ss 502.1  Inspection  records shall include daily inspections for soil stabilization, track out conditions, control methods, dust suppressant application. Such written records shall also include: types and results of test methods conducted, methods, frequency and amount of water application to the site lists of subcontractors name and registration numbers updated when changes are made, etc.

 

Conduct Required MCAQD Daily Test Methods

 

MCAQD Rule 310 ss 310.2  The dust control coordinator shall have full authority to ensure that dust control measures are implemented onsite, including conducting inspections, deployment of dust suppression resources and modifications or shut down of activities as needed to control dust.
