The Verrado Acropolis is primarily a drill and shoot project for client DMB Associates located in Buckeye, AZ. Rummel construction provided earthwork services on a number of parcels throughout the subdivision, which sits against and atop a large rock outcropping at the former CAT proving grounds. The work included drill and shoot for 5 parcels, over-excavation and crushing for utilities, and roadways to the future Victory Club. The project included SWPPP, HDPE components, rock/boulder features, rock hammering and excavation, and an overall total of approximately 153,000 CY drill & shoot.
Victory Club & Phase 2 included 55,104 CY drill & shoot, 30,015 CY fill and hauling of material to a designated area, and 51,223 SY finish grade.
Private Drive work included 16,924 CY drill & shoot, 5,485 CY fill and hauling of material to a designated area, and 4,380 SY finish grade.
