As proud members of the ESS Companies (ESSC) family, we came together for Shareholder Week—our virtual celebration created especially for our amazing employee-owners. Each year, this week is dedicated to honoring our achievements and setting the tone for the future.
During the week of March 24, we shared big company and project updates, rolled out new tools to support the health and financial well-being of our teams, and ramped up the excitement for the moment everyone was waiting for: the big stock price reveal.
On Friday, March 28, employee-owners across our companies joined the celebration. With live music, games, photo booths, and incredible food and drinks, the energy was high, and the pride was even higher.
Then came the countdown—and the reveal of a record-breaking stock price!
This moment wasn’t just about the celebration. It was a powerful reminder of what employee ownership truly means. That milestone number reflected the commitment, grit, and teamwork of every Rummel Construction employee-owner.
