Skip Youngkin

In all branches of the military, you have to rely on the men and women next to you. The army taught me teamwork, which is one of the most important skills that I use at my job. I’ve been with Rummel for 3.5 years, and it is the most veteran friendly company that I have ever worked for.

Andrew D. McMiller

From day one of being hired, they have continued to reassure me and support my obligation to the military. I could not be happier with my treatment and the accommodations from Rummel while juggling my civilian and military careers. I cannot wait to return to work after I complete EBOLC.

AZ National Guard as a 2nd Lieutenant

The support from everyone in the company has been phenomenal and the superintendent's working with my schedule. The work that they allow me to do helps me further my military career and in turn helps give me guidance and knowledge on leading.
